EmojifyMe converts plain text into emoji-enhanced text using a local, rule-based engine. The service is free to use, does not require an account, and does not rely on an AI API for conversion.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EmojifyMe to:

• submit unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive content;
• submit content you do not have the right to process;
• submit sensitive personal data, such as health, financial, or government identifier information;
• attempt to overload, disrupt, or probe the service;
• reverse engineer or misuse the service to circumvent rate limits or security controls.

3. Conversion results

Results are generated automatically from word and context rules. They may not preserve exact meaning, tone, grammar, or intent. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or publishing it.

4. Your content

You retain whatever rights you have in the text you enter. EmojifyMe does not claim ownership of your input. You grant EmojifyMe only the limited right to process that text to provide the conversion result you request.

5. No warranty

EmojifyMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmojifyMe and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of or inability to use the service.

7. Advertising and third-party content

The layout reserves advertising positions. Any third-party ad or linked service has its own terms and privacy practices, and is not part of this agreement.

8. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, and may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
